Missing order

We vibe not holding charge

We vible plugged in all day go to connect to phone says its at 99% and then not even a minute later says the battery is almost empty and start having issues with it bought it like 2 weeks ago and havent been able to use it.

I was working delivery downtown with my wife we was playing with the toy. When she came and we were done using it I left it on my lap and forgot it was there. I was then completing an order, when i arrived I forgot it was on my lap and it felt out the car when I step out and didnt realize it.

Non delivery of my package

All FedEx has to do is find my name at the lobby and call me by pushing the button by name and I could have opened the lobby doors and they could have taken the elevator and given me the package. Now get this--I WAS IN MY APARTMENT WITH MY PHONE ALL WEEK LONG AND FEDEX NEVER ONCE CALLED. Now there is another problem. I will be out of town from 26 October to 02 November so please make sure the shoes are not delivered during that time period. I paid à lot of money for these shoes so please make sure they will not arrive during the time I will be away. Thank you very, very much. Sandra T Hartman order number 333572.

Their customer service is ridiculous. Very poor customer service! Their app would not allow me to connect to a partner. Not only not connect but I couldnt even invite anyone. I went looking for tech-support. I looked for frequently asked questions. There was nothing to help me. I didnt know if was my product that was defective or the website. There is no phone number to call and reach these people. All you can do is request service to call you back. But to request that you have to show your receipt and give a serial number from the box. Nothing like ruining the moment of intimacy. When I finally filled out all the paperwork online , they said theyd get back to me within 4 to 7 days! Isnt that absolutely ridiculous?! I sent the product back. I would never send a product like this back because its an intimate product. But this was unacceptable. I paid a lot of money for a lot of nothing. Buyer beware.

I ordered my product a month ago. After no delivery after 7 days I emailed. It takes 4-7 days for a response. The response they gave me was that it was lost, so instead of figuring it out they just went silent. I reached out multiple times after with no response. They not only took 200 bucks from me, they wasted a month of my time and ruined a birthday present. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

We Vibe Moxie and Melt

Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to get a new magnet for my Moxie. I seem to have lost it :-D Also , when using the app for The Moxie and/or The Melt , when my partner has control, our connection gets dropped ALOT !!
